  • Ingredients

    45 ml (3 tablespoons) butter

    45 ml (3 tablespoons) all-purpose flour

    500 ml (2 cups) milk

    Rest of cheese fondue

    Rest of pasta

    Rest of vegetables

    Rest of cold cuts, thinly sliced

  • Preparation

    1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle with flour and cook for 30 seconds, stirring.
    2. Pour in milk and bring to the boil, whisking until thickened. Add remaining fondue au fromage and stir until hot.
    3. For a vegetable mac and cheese. Add remaining pasta and vegetables. Stir to combine.
    4. For a charcuterie mac and cheese. Add remaining pasta, asparagus and cold cuts. Stir to combine.
